The tight pencils for the SWAT Kats piece!

And yep, as you can tell, I went with Dr. Viper for the background baddie. He just seemed to work the best for this particular piece, I believe.
Full size of the piece is 11x17 inches on bristol board, with a 10x15 inch image area.
Again, going the slightly old fashioned route with this bugger. Rough sketch in my sketchbook, enlarged on a copy machine, sketched Dr. Viper on to a 10x15 inch sheet of copy paper, pieced the two sheets together with brown tape, blocked off my image area on the bristol board, arranged the kitty boys and the Dr. Viper sheets behind the bristol and taped them on, lightboxed the pencils, and tightened them up.
